If I could rate them even lower I would. Staff at the legacy physical therapy mt hood medical center were rude and unhelpful. Bad communication leading to appointment led to us having to call the hospital in order to even find the address. Furthermore, they tried to cancel our appointment for getting there right at our appointment time. I wish there were more people who actually cared and want to help in places like this. Never again will I come here and I recommend people to stay away from this place.

very rude lady at gresham legacy rehab ,,the staff that gave me phisical theropy were great ,, why is that craby rude older lady working at the front desk ,, iam not the only one complaing about her ,, theres already 1 review besides me ,, my family has been going there for years

Lady at the front desk is rude. I thought she was having a bad day but two weeks later we got into it again over the phone. I asked her if I could schedule with John the following Friday considering I had no more appointments scheduled. I’ve been going there for about two months after my car accident. She told me” I’ll see what I have available” and hung up. I called her back because I assumed the Phone just got disconnected And she said” no I was just done talking to you”. First, if you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, be aware that this clinic is NOT in network, despite it being a Legacy clinic. I was not aware of this going into my appointments. My treatment itself was fine. My therapist was kind and relatively helpful. That being said, please be aware if you are paying out of pocket: I was charged separate amounts for each visit (I had 2 visits, both about 30 minutes, charged $291 for one, $351 for the other, with no explanation as to why they were different amounts). Paul Poddet, this is our family doctor assigned by the Oregon insurance company. We tried three times to make an appointment, but he ignores us. We're changing our family doctor. Just know that if you have insurance from state Oregon you are not interested for him.
