Dr. Lauren was so helpful! She explained everything in a way I could understand, walked me through the exercises, & made sure I wasn’t over doing it! Would highly recommend Legacy!
Legacy Physical Therapy is top notch and the therapists really know what they’re doing. Brooke is my therapist and she picked up on issues right away and treated quickly and effectively. I’ve heard from others that other therapists are very good as well. If you have any pelvic or pelvic floor issues I strongly recommend that you connect them for treatment.
Dr. Abby is the best. I’d been to WASHU pelvic floor twice. This was my third experience and I really valued the way I connected with Abby and felt comfortable to discuss all topics related to the pelvic floor. She also helped me connect with my body in a way I hadn’t been cued before. Thank you!

Lauren is the best therapist. She truly listens to her clients and gives them exercises suited to their needs. She also will Taylor them to your needs if you are having issues due to health needs.. I highly recommend Legacy Therapy
