Shelby has probably been the most challenging person I've ever dealt with in customer service. She made multiple mistakes with my kids' school pictures, has lied, placed the blame onto me, and now refuses to address the issue, respond to my emails, or provide the pictures I've already paid for. Several other parents have also shared similar experiences with me. Despite everything, she has never apologized or taken responsibility for her mistakes. Our school changed from the standard Lifetouch for school photos to Legacy this year. I am extremely impressed with the results! Their customer service via phone is also excellent.

I cannot say enough good things about Shelby and the wonderful work she does. We were frustrated with our previous school photographers and are so happy that she is doing our school's photography now. My kids have not had good photos in years. We are ordering a bunch of photos this year because we finally got good ones! Definitely recommend!
