The photos are basic. Senior photography pricing is gouging. And the spam emails are relentless. They will bother you but don’t ever count on any response when reaching out to them. Needed retouching for a senior yearbook photo, and they responded a month later, after an apparent deadline, and could do nothing with my request. Seriously flawed business model to have such poor customer service. And sadly, this is the choice of photographers for our school district so we are at their mercy. Steer clear if possible.
Our school uses Legacy Photo for class photos, and the pictures themselves were fine. However, they spam you constantly with upsell offers and do not respect unsubscribe requests. In the past couple days I've received multiple emails per day despite "unsubscribing" some time ago.
Order 3 (only needed 2, 3rd was mistake) packages and did not receive any. No one will call or email me back. One keep saying to return the package I don’t want when I receive them. I wish our schooled used a different agency because this is the absolute worst experience with a company for school pictures ever. I would never suggest them to anyone
