The directors here are incredible and very hospitable towards their residents. I had the pleasure of speaking with Erinn, and you can really tell she puts a lot of effort into planning fun activities for the people there. Also, the memory care director Alicia always puts her residents first, you’re in good hands here.
The Legacy Oaks staff has always been very kind and respectful to my cousin and enormously helpful to me! They have gone above and beyond for her and I appreciate it so much.
Erinn brings so many great activities to memory care. She cares about the residents, and finds ways to keep them engaged. She has something for everyone. And has brought so many smiles.
Had a nice time on Mothers Day. My mom is in memory care. She loved the decorations and food. Thank you Legacy Oaks for making my mom feel special.
The new management seems to have energized the place. They hosted a Mother's Day event, which was the first one I was aware of, and the atmosphere was a lot more upbeat than I've seen it before. I've never had any concerns about it, but the difference was noticeable.
