2 months from the first time I reached out, and got nowhere. Next to no communication and the ball kept getting dropped. Used rocket mortgage and got pre approved within 24 hours. Meanwhile, 2 houses were sold in the time I dealt with legacy mortgage. Complete waste of time and now I'm empty handed.
