So far, I am still in the process with this agency. I appreciate their assistance, but communication and updates could be improved.I have been frustrated with the lack of assurance and communication. I often message Miss Genre for updates, but responses are slow, and it’s been difficult to get direct replies from Luanne or reach them by phone. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience so far. I will update once my case is completed or will be changed

My experience with this migration agency has been extremely disappointing. At first, they seemed helpful, but shortly after, the communication stopped entirely. When I followed up and raised concerns about the lack of response, they suddenly claimed they were “at capacity.” This felt like an excuse rather than a genuine explanation, especially considering they were responsive not long ago.
