The place is nice in the inside ,but if you put your love one here think again ,they took my grandma cloths gave her to he wrong medicine,she didn’t even eat the first day she was here ….please choose a nursing home that really cares about your loved ones
Not worthy of one star. Lack of care. No rehabilitation whatsoever. We appealed the decision to terminate physical therapy, won on the second appeal. Then they deny a week later. Do physical therapy and send them back to their room and nothing. No one is around to work with residents. Cleanliness is horrible. No housekeeping on the weekends. Healthcare is a broken system. I have had over 30 years experience caring for elderly relatives in rehab and nursing homes. Now, it has been my turn. Legacy Mentor came as a pleasant surprise. Aides, nurses, and particularly therapists all did their jobs with a high degree of professionalism. My needs were promptly met on a daily basis, with real concern for my healing journey.
