DON'T GO HERE! I wish I could give zero stars. Tracy misdiagnosed my husband and now we had to hire an attorney and file an appeal through the Oregon Worker’s Compensation Board and go through 2 additional exams and a hearing to get it resolved.
Dot physical with Tracy. She didn't like what someone else wrote years ago on my physical. So she would not even talk to me about it. Was argumentative and disrespectful. The office people where very nice and professional. This decision by Tracy puts my business out of business by one person who wouldn't take a minute to even talk to me and shut the door in my face. Very rude.
Ladies who checked me in were nice but the provider Tracy is rude and snappy. Not understanding when I was trying to explain to her my hardships with workers comp she took it as arguing instead and said she didn’t want to argue with me I was very confused, as I was just trying to explain my concerns. She also insinuated my body was unhealthy when we were talking about physical therapy muscle healing?? Had NOTHING to do with what we were talking about, just making unnecessary comments.
