I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. Two hours later: I was still waiting and had drank a lot of water to be prepared to pee for my UA. They didn’t get me in until 9:55 and I almost peed my pants in the waiting area. They wouldn’t let me use the restroom in the hallway either during that time or would count it as a failed test. I thought my bladder was going to burst! It appears to me that Legacy Health corporate has a policy of never admitting mistakes or holding employees accountable their investigations into matters don’t contact witnesses or use an unbiased moderator! You have to file a medical malpractice claim and ask for a moderator to actually get a true investigation with witnesses corporate will only go off medical records! And the Drs like cops fudge records to look squeaky clean!
