Ladies who checked me in were nice but the provider Tracy is rude and snappy. Not understanding when I was trying to explain to her my hardships with workers comp she took it as arguing instead and said she didn’t want to argue with me I was very confused, as I was just trying to explain my concerns. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. Two hours later: I was still waiting and had drank a lot of water to be prepared to pee for my UA. They didn’t get me in until 9:55 and I almost peed my pants in the waiting area. They wouldn’t let me use the restroom in the hallway either during that time or would count it as a failed test. I thought my bladder was going to burst! Took one hour just to get taken back to pee in a cup, they left me in a random room for 30 minutes and then came in and took me to another room where ... read more
