Kristie knows what she is doing! I went in with severe lower back pain, she diagnosed me immediately after years of seeing other massage therapists and chiropractors. No one listened to me long enough, or knew enough to accurately diagnosis me. She also gave me helpful tips, even demonstrated some exercise moves for me to help myself long term.
