RecommendedParticipated in my first online, live auction on Thursday. It was really simple to see the items in the auction and the descriptions and pictures were plentiful. Rich, the Auctioneer was very clear and the auction moved along quickly. Today I picked up the items I won. Susan was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do. The items were better than the pictures! I am very pleased with whole experience. Looking forward to their next auction.
If you are looking for a company to handle your Auction or help with an Estate Settlement this is the company you want to use. Rich and Susan are consummate professionals. excellent communications, outstanding service, professional products. We recently used them to sell a house to help with Estate settlement and we could not be happier with their services. It truly was a pleasure dealing with them and you can't deny the successful outcome. This is a great company and a great staff.
In My Opinion, This company is NOT To Be Trusted. They charged me over $77 to ship a rifle. They had a tag on the rifle that it was a pistol. I could have shipped the same gun for half of what they charged me, by the same shipper! The auction was supposed to include a magazine for the rifle. A magazine with no spring or base plate is just a piece of plastic, I have to wonder how the spring and base plate disappeared! So No Magazine Was Included. They have been rude and are quite disreputable!
Easy way to purchase items online. They are willing to work with you on shipping schedules. Rich was professional until all items arrived.
Great fun to buy on-site or online. Always interesting items to look at and research. Often find great ideas for unique gifts.
