DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY!!!! My grandmother has been here since the fall. We were working on transferring to another facility. First they ignored the request from the other facility until my mother who has POA went up there and made them respond. Then when the other facility came to do an on site visit they LIED about what my grandmother needs and her behaviors so they wouldn't want to take her as a client. It just blew my mind that I didn’t have to come through the main door. I just walked in and noticed the other doors were open as well. Just never know these days
Just begging for a lawsuit…since they’ve switched to Legacy they’ve went completely down hill. Disgusting rooms, double dosing patients, along with the disgusting meals. And please don’t respond telling me to call someone. I’m there multiple times a week and I see it for myself. If my dad would let me move them I would!!!!! Update: now items that I bought for them are coming up missing! Not going to keep taking this I promise!
I shouldn't even give a star this place i would not recommend putting a family member here they don't take care of you and when you ask the nurse that you need help or need something you have to ask 3 to 5 times or a hour and a half and then they get a attitude with you
