From reading the other webpage reviews, I was motivated to call this group. However, I had a very sour first impression of David Wilks. He repeatedly talked over me and cut me off during my general questions. I am glad I did not share all of my assets up front; I expected more professionalism from this group. Also, with my first impression, the quickest communication is through text, and no one has picked up the phone.

I recommend Mr. David Wilks for trust work in Virgina. The paperwork was done promptly and correctly the first time after a thorough examination of the requirements.

really appreciate Legacy Law Group of NOVA. David was wonderful to work with. My parents have established a trust in Las Vegas, but it didn't include the house in VA. David was able to work with us to get the VA house added. Highly recommend. Reasonable pricing as well!!

As trustee of an existing Trust, I needed legal advice and help to handle a situation. I had called a few legal firms. David Wilks with the Legacy Law Group of NOVA was prompt in returning my call in-person, as opposed to having to go through the lengthy vetting process by the other firms before you could even talk to an attorney.
