For the price we are paying (~$1200/mo) we (roommates and I) were told 1(one) week to be move-in ready. We are on week number 3, going on 4, they converted the garage to a 4th bedroom, we (A roommate and I) still do not have electricity in the room. We've had everything from leaking ac lines, to no hot water.
