Reading all about the companies promises for the clients is a lie. I read only what they wish they did. They can't seem to make it happen though. The employee turnover rate is part of the problem. The biggest problem is hiring people and not requiring them to read client files to become familiar with their individual needs.. Also, never requiring them to log their daily activities with the clients. Because they don't do activities.. Worked here for about 5 years, Was DSP, Lead Staff, and program coordinator, Didn’t want to be manager anymore, Went back down to a DSP, Got told they didn’t want me to leave and they would Find me a position, found out I was pregnant, I mentioned that to the company, then a week later they told me they don’t have a position for me, I’m sure because they didn’t want to pay me maternity leave even though I had like almost 500 hours from working there for the five years.
