I've been a customer for a little over 11 years, and I'm disappointed with my recent experience. Hearing staff talk about me was unprofessional, and one employee was rude. My question wasn't handled well, and because of this, I'll be moving to a different bank.

Horrible business! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I am new to the area and needed to open account. Went to their branch on 280 and they said they were understaffed and had nobody available to do it. So I drove all the way out to Alabaster and got there at 4:05 PM. There was only one teller working and she was with a customer. So I signed in and she spent the next 27 minutes with that customer. Once entered, the associate called me right away and got started with my approval. Everyone went above and beyond to show appreciation for their customers.
