Professional and great people to work with
I’ve been a Legacy customer for over 30 years and unfortunately I am considering moving to another bank based on recent interactions at this location. The manager Ana was very rude to me when I questioned her made-up policy regarding check cashing. A couple of the tellers are very nice but others are clueless and rude. First I want to say I’ve been a member at legacy since 2019. I filed a dispute on December 5th of 2025 for an airplane ticket. I talked to the merchant first and they assured me they refunded my cancelled plane ticket and to contact my bank. I entered the bank with plenty of printed proof that was consistent with my story about what went wrong.
