First I want to say I’ve been a member at legacy since 2019. I filed a dispute on December 5th of 2025 for an airplane ticket. I talked to the merchant first and they assured me they refunded my cancelled plane ticket and to contact my bank. I entered the bank with plenty of printed proof that was consistent with my story about what went wrong. The manager, Ana Goodwin, and the staff at the Chace Lake branch went above and beyond to help me in a pinch this week while trying to get my daughter's college tuition payment made. In the short time I've had an account with Legacy they have exceeded my expectations and my family will be moving all of our accounts there. The folks at Legacy FCU ARE THE BEST! THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDY, AND GET TO THE POINT! THE TRANSACTION ONLY TOOK 5 MINUTES!
I've been a member of this bank for years, and one thing that bugs me is when I ask simple questions about the IRS or anything regarding my account they have no clue. They tell me that they just don't know. So no one really knows anything at this bank. It's almost like I am talking to robots that only answers simple yes or no questions. It took over 10 minutes to deposit $20 in my savings account because the teller didn't know. No one knows seriously what is going on. They are friendly though so I give them that.
Everyone is always so helpful here, and I’ve been b as banking with this Legacy Credit Union location for many years now.
