I used to work here and, at first, I genuinely enjoyed it. However, leaving was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The facility has serious cleanliness issues—there were roaches, especially around the books above the nurses’ station. I have pictures to prove it, though I’d rather not have to go that far unless necessary. Getting my W-2s was a nightmare; they refused to give them to me, and I had to take legal action just to receive what I was owed. Nobody will answer the phones I am concerned for my mother with copd that her co2 levels are off and I’m calling to do a welfare check on my mother this is ridiculous!!!!!!! I called and had her push the nurse button and no one has showed up!! What is going on people close ur doors cause apparently you guys can’t run the facilities
