We were very pleased with Rafael and had a very relaxing ride to the airport. We felt much safer riding with him than we did with the Uber Premier’s we used at the beginning of our trip. We will use LCS Miami for all of the transportation on our next trip, and we hope to have Rafael again!

I cancel with another company here in Ft Lauderdale to give this company a try. I still got let down which was disappointing. I called two days before my trip to make sure everything was ready to go including my champagne, flowers and balloons for my birthday. When the driver arrived I didn't receive any of my request. I call the company to let them know plus make sure they don't charge my card on file and I got was I am sorry. I own my own business as the owner I would made sure to make that client happy.
