For the love of God do not send your loved one here! The 3rd shift nurses DO NOT care about their residents. All they do is stay outside and smoke all night. Had they been inside when my mother needed them she wouldn't have died. Mia, let my mother suffer.
This place is so filthy and it stinks, very outdated looks like from the 80s. The care is horrible
Came to see someone out here and the nurse would not even look at me when I spoke to her. She had a bad attitude and eventually quit responding to any questions I had very unpleasant.
Please if you have any say whatsoever do not send your love ones here. Most of the aides are nice. That being said there definitely is a lack of communication and training. Residents that cannot speak for themselves are left in soiled clothing, left to sit for hours with little or no one seeing if they need anything.
