This is where my Mother is and they have moved her many times without notification to the family. The last time she was moved personal items given to her by her children were missing. We have contacted the facility multiple times, talked to many staff members about these missing items & have gotten nothing but the run around. At this point, we have accepted the fact those items were taken by someone on staff & they are covering for whoever took her stuff. If you have a family member you love, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE, unless they are able to use a cell phone. Nobody answers the office phone when you call. I’ve called 11 times and still no answer.
Our company did work for this location and have yet to be paid. I hope the patients don't receive the same care. We have been waiting for payment since Sept. 2024. Needless to say, this is not an establishment that can be trusted.
I received very good care at this facility. They have an excellent therapeutic team, they were very encouraging, and motivated me to make it through the exercises. The aides were very respectful and mindful of my privacy. The facility was clean, I only have good things to say about the 5 weeks I was there for rehabilitation. I would recommend this facility for rehabilitation.
Horrible, horrible place for ANYTHING! If you have any love or feelings at all towards a loved one and they are in need of rehab or a nursing home, DO NOT put them in Legacy!! DO NOT DO IT!!
