They are severely understaffed, management don’t care about their staff, u go to them with a problem and nothing ever gets resolved, it’s just not a good place to work nor a place for the elderly to live
Just good enough to keep you alive... maybe! DO NOT put an elderly loved in in this facility. They will be lucky to leave alive. The admins are not qualified and don't care. They provided ZERO consulting about progress/regress and the social workers meeting that is required by law upon discharge never happened. They discharged my mother and said here's her stuff, adios. For 3 straight days the nurses had her catheter running uphill with debris in the line, and she was there trying to recover from a massive UTI. Needless to s... read more
The staff at Legacy of Barberton is amazing! Thank you Kasi, Sharon and Michelle C for helping with setting up a Respite stay for my mother. They made the process so easy for the both of us.
