This bank branch is truly frustrating. I ask for a service provided by other banks and they are unable to provide it (signature for savings bonds left to my children from my deceased dad). Then I ask for help with a junior account, it is also declined. I sat in the drive-thru for 11 minutes one day this week to make a deposit. This branch is whack-a-doodle with our club 4-H account, as the kids are trying to learn they make things so difficult. This branch has to get its act together.
