I've had the same problem both times I used this bank of not being able to open online acc. When I go in for help, they tell me to call a booking number. When I ask for the booking number, I get told there isn't one... Not only that, but my grandmother left my card in the ATM. Someone returned it. When I went in for a new card, they gave that to me. I was told I'm not allowed to open a bank account with this bank because I work for walmart. I'll NEVER use legacy.
Amazing experience very friendly staff
From out of state and very unhelpful. Go across the street to The People's Bank, they are very helpful.
Drove 40 miles to open a new account. The one person at the "new accounts" desk was busy so I took a seat and waited......30 minutes. Employees were walking all around me and they all ignored me. When the "new accounts" clerk was free and I went to her desk she told me she couldn't help me. She had a man coming in. So the message I got while waiting in the lobby was we are not a friendly bank. Walk-ins are not welcome. They don't want new customers.
