I don’t have any constructive feedback on the quality as my chairs are nice and look beautiful. However, the customer service is terrible. It was to take 6-8 weeks and mine came in after 10 weeks. I had to keep calling as they would never return my call or let me know updates. Finally the chairs arrived after they kept pushing dates by weeks and the lady I spoke with said she was unable to get them off the truck but she’d have someone get them that evening.
