I really hate to review this business like this but I have been dealing with tax issues since 2021 for my 2020 taxes that was improperly prepared. It’s so frustrating because we thought our identity was stolen. We spoke to a tax lawyer, actual Certified CPA and then another accounting firm. Our new accounting firm found the mistake by looking over our records that was made by Legacy. They are the best.
It's sad to leave a bad review for this place because I used them for filing taxes since 2013,and Rose was ALWAYS AMAZING but when I tried to make an appointment for this year they refused and said they were not taking on "new" clients because I didn't file last year (was out of work for medical reasons) I'm considered a "new" client.
Just so everyone knows they aren't taking on any new clients. I just sat in their business after looking at them online for 30 mins. No where was it posted no new clients. No one talked to me or asked if they could help. I left planning to make a appointment just to call and be told they're not taking any new clients.
