When i first moved there, the staff and building felt homey, but during this last half year, I've come to realize save for management. that there is no privacy ( they knock once and walk in, even in the bathroom that is in the bedroom), your belongings get moved around, thrown out, or damaged. And the staff gets more and more unfriendly, again save for management.
