Yesterday I made an order for 2 large pizzas for lunch . I took in my 11 month old and I decided paying upfront would be easier to handle. I started walking back to pick up my pizza the cashier came back and said I'll grab it when they come out and walk it out to your car. I love going in and always being able to have a conversation with the staff. Very friendly, and a great selection of snacks!
Sorry for poor English. My time at lefty’s was very inadequate. To start there was barely any food there. I asked for someone food and I was treated a smug look and told “we’re busy”. While all of this already had to top it off I saw a mouse run into the back while I was asking for food.
I stopped here for a quick bite and immediately regretted it. The food area was visibly unsanitary—surfaces looked dirty, the warmer looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and I saw food sitting out longer than it should have been. The smell alone was enough to kill my appetite. What really bothered me was the lack of basic cleanliness. If the floors—something customers see immediately—aren’t being cleaned, it really makes you question the overall hygiene of the store. When a place sells food, basic cleanliness matters.
