For two months I have been told they will ship my club in one week. They keep stringing me along and refusing to refund my order. I had to file a credit card dispute. Great people at Lefties Golf shop. Courteous, informative and just a pleasure to deal with during a time of product shortages and transportation issues. I definitely recommend this place.
Canadian customer here. This company, specifically Scott, went above and beyond to find me a club I had spent weeks searching for. It started when I ordered a club that was out of stock. Not only did Scott follow up with me to explain that he had exhausted all avenues for the club I wanted (saving me more weeks of frustration) he linked me to a club that, for all intents and purposes, was the exact same club.
