Incredibly irresponsible! In high-volume morning traffic in downtown Longmont I witnessed this person using the shoulder to merge into traffic when there was plenty of room to merge behind the vehicle they Illegally and very dangerously past to merge in front of them. They illegally used the lane in a very dangerous manner that almost caused a major pileup in traffic. Do you really want a person with this mentality handling your bookkeeping?
