I will never utilize Leeway Rental again. My insurance company chose Leeway for me while my Challenger was in the repair shop. I was picked up at the garage by a Leeway employee dressed like he just came from working under a vehicle. He then led me to the vehicle he would transport me to Leeway in to pick up my rental. The seats were COVERED in stains. I was promised a Taurus but told that it had not been returned yet. My wife needed a rental for a week while her car was repaired. The car she was promised was not available. She was told the promised car was late being returned and she could pick it up tomorrow. We're six days into it amd never received a call. The car she was given has close to a quarter million miles in it and looks like it was a losing participant in a demolition derby. Go elsewhere for your needs. I guess Leeway is a literal reference to what they want from you...
