During the most recent power outage in coastal Marin County, my Leete-installed whole house generator appeared to be working smoothly, but we were getting no electricity. Very shortly after receiving my alarums, Leete was out to Muir Beach (no easy feat) getting us connected. The problem was USER ERROR.
