I've been going to this car wash since it was opened as the train station car wash. Ever since FLAGSHIP purchased the facility, my car and especially my wheels NEVER get properly cleaned. Additionally, the electronic check in and check out process NEVER works properly without manual intervention, and there is a really language barrier. The place is a rip off and does not do a good job on your car.
For the 3rd time this year, they did not do a good job. There was a lot of crumbs that needed to be vacuumed on the backseat and between the front seats. There was a lot of stains on the weed windows. They did not do the trunk even thg though I asked for this as and it was open. This place is not what it used to be.
I was absolutely floored when I saw the inside of my car!! The seats were filthy from dogs and kids and when I picked it up, the upholstery looked the way it did when I first bought it! You guys did an incredible job and I will definitely be back when I need another wash!
