I am here to let buyers looking to buy here at this park, know who you are dealing with, they are crooks and out to keep your deposit. Byers Beware! I Spoke by phone on jan 20th to the sales person George, we had a pleasant conversation on a home I was interested in, older model. George explained the procedure of buying a used handyman special. Hope is the sweetest. She really tried to do everything possible to help get my family member approved to buy a mobile home. She spent a lot of time with them and she was not feeling well at all. I went in the next day to see if I could do something and she did not treat us as we were a bother knowing we were probably not going to be approved. Haven't seen responsibility in maintenance. Big oaks won't be trimmed by them, leaving huge dead limbs above trailers. Had to call electric company myself to have them be trimmed above city electric wires. Poor management.
