Disappointed
I don't usually leave reviews but felt I should this time. I am so sorry some folks have had a bad experience. My experience was wonderful. Therapist was professional and kind. Was also attentive to my request to address some sore muscles. The atmosphere was quiet, music was soft , lights were low but not too low and surroundings appeared to be clean. I will def be going back.

I won't be back. I've had a great experience for the last three months, but the last few times I had a feeling I wasn't getting my full time. Today, I decided to time it. A 90-minute massage was ended 11 minutes and 34 seconds early. This was not counting her peeing (yes, I heard her going) in the in suite bathroom, and the three times she felt she needed to leave to say something to the people in the hallway.
