Small super market, very expensive compared to much bigger and better markets but because they are very isolated they can raise the prices as they like because there's nothing else around
I wish I had a place like Lee’s near me. We only get to go when we are in Westport in the summer, but it’s pretty much a perfect grocery store, great mix of products, lots of local stuff and organics but also the go-tos. Friendly staff, never seems too crowded.
I used to love this place. I would get the meatball sub from the blue lobser cafe inside. The past 2 times ive gone ive heard the same thing “sorry, we dont have any meatballs today” Heartbroken the 2nd time today, I told them “i loved the meatballs, the last time I was here you had no meatballs” Its the first thing on the menu, and inside a grocery story. What do you mean no meatballs!?!? Heartbroken and and I will be sad when I drive by and go to Handy Hill from now on for a yummy lunch.
Great market and wonderful staffing team. Heidi is a gem!
