Absolutely horrifying ! Please reconsider setting foot near these people!!! We have had so much difficulty dealing with this very unprofessional firm. Sending cheques to wrong banks & using incorrect bsb details just to make a few grievances. We have attempted to call and get updates all the way through this probate which is now going past well over a year with hardly any contact from staff at all.
