Reserved a U-haul trailer.Is it online... Said It would be available when I get there.When I got there, the store was completely closed.No one would answer any Is phone numbers
Every time I have tried to call the last week or so to ask a question they forward my calls and never answer. I have went up a couple times to the store to try to get my question answered about something they have in stock and the door is locked during business hours.
The lady was very helpful!
NO STARS!!! Undependable.. They leave people hanging when trying to pick up & drop off their uhauls. Do not stick to their scheduled hours. Doesn't matter how many voice-mail you leave, they NEVER call u back. I don't know how they run a business like that.
