Business acquired by new owners, decidedly poor service following this change. Numerous mistakes made, very little interaction, invoice merely stated amount with no itemization—former employee was our tax account for years & we appreciated his professional manner & work; but, after this year’s preparation events with entirely too many errors, we have moved our business elsewhere. No acknowledgement when informed that we were moving our business elsewhere for 2026, sadly, there is zero customer service or professionalism.
