I bought a Huawei P30 pro (14/1/23) after arranging to collect via the WhatsApp feature on the website I visited later the same day and dealt with CJ in the shop, he was very plesant to deal with. I have only had the phone for 7 hours so can't comment on that, I can comment on the service which was very good. EDIT: 24/08/2025 Over 2 years passed and I've still got the phone. Zero issues, trustworthy shop.
I was getting a mobile phone for my ex wife who has severe dimensure, and the gentleman who served us couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. Before we left he told us if you have any problems, just call in and there would be no charge. First class service.
My phone broke in January so I took it to this shop as it was the closest that was open to me. They said they needed to look at it overnight and to come back tomorrow which I did. The next day (Saturday) they said it would be ready Monday and it would cost £40-60 and that they would contact me. Very pleased with the service ,so patient and willing to explain. My phone has been mended, it only took half an hour. Would highly recommend.
