I bought single mattress in this shop 2000 pockets for £300 ITS A JOKE after laying down for 2 minutes the middle sinking almost half way I told the Rude (she simple talking to you on the phone about information when they going to bring u bought goods from they shop and just hang on u without any apologies)girl which standing in shop about this -she simple talking to rubbish - no customer service there at all. Still have this crap at home and sleeping on the floor.
Great customer service and very helpful throughout the purchase. Their pricing is also slightly better than other companies. Highly recommended!
