Closing was on 12/18. After closing it took the seller almost a week to receive their wire. Granted the holidays were coming up but other title companies had no issue. It’s now January 2nd and I’ve yet to receive my commission check. Also didn’t love how I approved the HUD and then when the client went into sign, they added a closing fee last minute, and said they had forgotten to add it (like another review I just read).
Working with Stephanie Dale at Leech | Tishman was an absolute pleasure. Stephanie is highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable, and she was always quick to respond to any questions I had. She handled everything exactly as promised and ensured the entire closing process went smoothly from start to finish. She is also genuinely friendly and easy to work with.
