I purchased a condo downtown Sarasota May 14, 2024. Paid cash. Was not allowed access until the following evening because they forgot to charge seller their fees. I felt so bad for my movers waiting in the heat that long. To this day the staff & Wanda in particular refuse to release escrow or provide probate information. This is an exceptional firm. I’ve worked with Alysia Libby on a few real estate matters and I’m throughly impressed with her expertise and resourcefulness. She is a very unique attorney in that she has a keen business acumen, substantive legal knowledge, the ability to see the big picture, and is very personable.

Don’t know what these reviews are about. Worst closing I have ever experienced. Extremely rude staff. Terrible communicators. They made the whole closing process as difficult as can be. Absolutely refuse to work with them again.
