Lee and his colleague Carlos were great. Cannot fault them. They were polite, reliable and good with communication. I’m very pleased with the job they did. Would certainly recommend.

Lee has been extremely unresponsive overall and difficult to work with. He has advised on timeframes for quotes and then simply gone radio silent regularly, only to then claim he's so busy he cannot respond (or even say he's too busy to begin with). I can only say he's rude and lazy, and frankly insulting. If you want to work with someone who'll be disrespectful, try your luck.
