I purchased a lat pull down machine from Lee Warehouse. The lower bracket that holds a pulley is welded on at an incorrect angle(crooked), the cutout for the lower pulley isn’t big enough for the pulley to be installed- Lee Warehouse must have been aware of this as they supplied an additional smaller pulley- the smaller pulley is too small and doesn’t retain the cable. Called in the morning to double check they had a wall mount bracket certain size in stock, they confirmed the size and said yes we have 5. I come in 25 minutes later from the other side of Auckland ask at the counter and she advises no sorry we don't have that size only a much larger size.... rather frustrating wasting people's time traveling over if the stock isn't actually available.
