So we spent over 3k on a step machine with these guys, full warranty etc. Step machine is solid and looks well made. Lasted about 10 minutes then just stopped working, contacted Lee Warehouse and they decided we were to far out for a technician, they are in Auckland we are in Tauranga and they will work me through the process by email. Absolutely terrible. My son is in tears because of how un willing these people are. The equipment alone, is okay but the workers are terrible
