Lee warehouse sold me a brand new faulty tent. I wasnt happy when I noticed the tent was broken. I emailed lee warehouse on time that their tent was faulty. Lee warehouse failed to refund my money, or issue me a brand new tent or pick up the tent from my house. Lee warehouse wants me to pay my own gas to drop off the tent or repack the tent again!! which I totally disagree. Also I'm going to lodge an external complaint- nz ombudsman. Beware NZ customers.
