Susan is extremely knowledgeable in her profession, goes above and beyond on your behalf and if you have a complicated situation she will even seek external validation if needed. I trust her wholeheartedly. She is a true New Yorker in that she tells it like it is but I prefer that and have had many of the most interesting, enjoyable “life” conversations with her once the work was done.

Asked about my immigration status within the first 10 seconds of the call (I have an accent). No explanation why. Weird move...Similar experience to other reviewer re: her assumptions/attitude about our income.

I called to learn more about her services, but she was argumentative, rude and condescending from the beginning of the call. I quote, "you're problem is that you don't make a lot of money" . She asked what my wife's job was and said, "oh, then she doesn't make any money either". When I told her that we cleared 6 figures together, her tone and attitude changed.
