I have a standing order for my dialysis treatments to and from the facility every week. I got a notification that my ride was on the way today after my treatment. I waited forever and suddenly my ride was canceled and I was sent a notification saying another one was on the way. Their new AI scheduling is trash l was trying to book them for work so l tried to book for 8 cause l need to be there by 9 yet the system said 9:50 would be my arrival time I don't recommend if you need to be somewhere important such as work or an appointment luckily you aren't paying cause would I would of been super piss if l paid for a service to get me to work and it makes me late
