Absolutely terrible. They did not listen to me. They did not care about anything I had to say. They treated me like I was an idiot. They took my money- and left me in a worse position than I was when I hired them. My family is suffering immensely now- because of their lack of care and attention. I hired them because they were supposed to be some of the best. And, I can honestly say that was the worst decision of my life.

David Lee was on a list of divorce lawyers my financial advisor provided. He took the time to hear my situation and issues and told me where I'd likely come out of my divorce. Then he turned me over to Claire Koehler Forkner who had a reasonable rate and was terrific. David checked in a few times to see how things were progressing. Avoid Lee and Rivers My experience with this firm was terrible. They ran up a nearly 6-figure bill while insisting opposing counsel was unwilling to talk and this would go to court. I discovered this was untrue and within hours of firing Robert Rivers, opposing counsel had agreed to mediation and within 30 days the case was settled. During mediation, opposing counsel stated that this case “could have been settled a year ago.” There are many great law firms in Boston, Lee and Rivers isn’t one of them.
