I can't say enough awful things about this firm. I don't think it's lawyers in general, but these guys really screwed me and my sister over handling my dad's estate. They took multiple vacations over several years stretching out probate so they could siphon money out of it. Out of close to 2 million, after they, my aunt, and my younger brother hob nobbed around and charged a multitude of fees, my 20% share came out to about 40k$. Richard and Brian helped me with my parents’ trust at a very difficult time for my family. They drafted an amendment to name a new bank as trustee after the originally-named trustee dissolved.
