My first home purchase went pretty well, but my most recent experience let me highly disappointed. Lee has two assistants that handle the attorney review process and paperwork. During this last home purchase, I left my deposit my in escrow on a previous bid that fell through. On the next offer, Tracy forgets all about it and asked to send another deposit. During the actual attorney review process, she forwards me the seller's attorney amendments and asks me to confirm everything. There was no explanation of what was being ad... read more
