Horrible... they will not sell replacement parts for there products to NY state because they reached there limit for the year?!??!?!?! I am saddened that this ii how they do business... I was told to buy the same item from a distributor and pay 2 times as much as 2 parts would be shipped. They claimed that Nexus Tax laws are what are prohibiting them from doing business... the law says you need to collect NY tax if you make $500,000.00 in taxable retail sales and have 100 transactions over a rolling 4 quarters.
